At InnerGlow Skin Studio, we believe natural beauty comes from within. That is why we use advanced natural skin care treatments that work in harmony with your body to naturally rejuvenate your skin, without the downtime and uncertainty associated with more invasive skin care treatments.

We utilize the latest technology to provide result-driven therapies that address a wide range of skin care and beauty needs. InnerGlow is an exclusive provider of the revolutionary JetPeel Infusion and Neurotris Microcurrent and ProCell Microchanneling facial rejuvenation systems in Western Massachusetts. We also carry a wide variety of natural skin care and beauty products for at- home use.

 

Our client-centric approach means you are our top priority. We work closely with our clients to create custom therapeutic plans that provide both immediate and long-term results. Our professional staff are on hand to guide you every step of the way, from the initial consultation through the completion of your treatment.

Mary Matthews is a registered dental hygienist and licensed esthetician with additional training in Neurotris Microcurrent along with JetPeel and ProCell Microchanneling certification. In 2021, Mary opened InnerGlow Skin Studio, the only natural skin studio in the area offering technologically-advanced, results-driven therapies to address skin care concerns, such as acne, hyperpigmentation (sun damage), rosacea, melasma, fine lines and wrinkles.

 

Mary specializes in a wide range of professional skin care services, including digital facial imaging analysis, therapeutic facials, and body treatments. She is an expert in prescriptive skin care corrective services and takes pride in her ability to help clients achieve healthy skin together as a team!

 

Mary values transparency and results. After conducting extensive research, she has discovered some of the best corrective and restorative skin care treatments on the market today. She uses state-of-the-art technology to develop customized therapeutic plans and listens closely to her clients, educating them on how to properly apply products and follow corrective prescriptive routines. Her customer-centric approach differentiates her from other skin care professionals and ensures her clients achieve the best therapeutic outcomes possible.

COVID-19 POLICIES & PROTOCOLS

Policies

Your health, safety and well-being are our primary concern. In accordance with national, state and local guidelines, we have implemented the following protocols to provide the safest environment possible for our guests and staff.

  • Upon arrival, please call the Studio at 413-279-3283 for further instructions.

  • Before entering the Studio, we will administer a brief health screening questionnaire over the phone.

  • Upon entering the Studio, we ask that all guests:

    • While not a health requirement or policy, you are welcome to wear a mask.

    • Fill out our Consent for Services Form

    • Have their temperature taken with a touchless thermometer

    • Sanitizer will be provided upon entering and exiting the Studio

  • Please note,

    • We follow all CDC sanitizing and disinfecting protocols before, during and after appointments

    • I-Wave air ionization systems have been installed throughout the building that utilize non-toxic ions to attach to the harmful particles within the air leaving the pathogens such as Covid-19 inactive by using this plasma wave technology.     • After each client, a medical grade, environmentally safe disinfectant is utilized in a fogging system that coats all hard surfaces killing Covid-19, viruses, bacteria and other pathogens within minutes.

    • Staff PPE and lab coats will be changed in between each client.

    • Protective shields will be available during treatments for both clients and staff.

  • Only scheduled clients may enter the Studio

 

Please reschedule your appointment if you have a fever or feel ill, are under a quarantine or isolation order, have a pending Covid-19 test, or been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 within the past 14 days.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Prior to service, please fill out and return the medical intake form we emailed to you. We encourage you to do so in advance so as to maximize the amount of time available for your treatment and to limit paper waste. If you are unable to do so, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the form onsite.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours-notice for cancellation of services. We understand that life happens, and will gladly reschedule your appointment for a later date.

  • Guests who cancel JetPeel or Neurotris Microcurrent treatments after that time or do not show up will be charged 50% of the service fee. Clients, who have missed one or more previous appointments without notice, will be required to prepay 100% of the service fee in order to book future visits.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. This will provide ample time to check-in and take a brief Covid-19 questionnaire over the phone which is required prior to service.

  • To ensure a peaceful and safe studio environment, we respectfully request that no additional guests accompany you to the Studio. Only the person receiving the service will be admitted. Exceptions may apply. Please call to inquire.

  • We are happy to assist you in selecting the best products for your individual needs. Therefore, there are no refunds on products purchases.

  • Gift cards are only valid for services and products and have no cash value.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions or if you are pregnant or nursing before your treatment.

  • Guests under the age of 13 must have parental consent for certain services. Parents will need to sign a service release form prior to treatment. We also request that parents remain onsite during services performed on minors.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined, and must be used by designated expiration dates.

  • Please note, we recommend patch testing 48 hours before tinting and medical grade peel treatments to ensure you are not sensitive/reactive to any specific products. Otherwise, you will need to sign a liability release form before your treatment.
